Here at the Pain Medicine Group we have a highly trained staff to meet the needs of each individual. We strive to reach the highest level of pain relief possible and then maintain that level. We go to great lengths to make the patient feel comfortable and well taken care of as we know pain can be a life altering illness.
We offer many different treatment options for our patients. Your individual treatment plan will be decided afterreviewing any past medical records such as MRI's, and a consultation complete with physical exam and X-rays.
Our staff is completed by Robert A. Hamilton, MD, FACPM, a board certified physician with over 20 years experience in the field of pain management.
All procedures are performed on an out-patient basis at one of our 3 convenient facilities.
Treatment guidelines and goals are discussed with the patient and/or family. Our ultimate goal is to alleviate your pain by utilizing the latest in pain medicine technology.
Our office accepts most major insurances including:
• Medicare
• Worker's Compensation & Auto Insurance
• Private Insurance (United Healthcare, Aetna, and many more)
If you have Private Insurance, or have Medicare only, please be prepared to pay 20% of your bill. If you have not met your deductible, that also will be your responsibility. If you are unable to follow these terms at the time of service, please contact the billing office in advance and we will work with you.
